Ventloc™ is the latest reclosable zipper that has value added technology that can open markets with new products, combine multiple products into one, or simplify filled and unfilled packaging production.
Using a proven consumer friendly double track press to close style zipper closure we incorporate an internal valve that allows or blocks air or fluid flow from a bag or pouch while the closure is engaged. Ventloc™ technology allows the evacuation of air without having to open the package and will block the air from returning. A co-extrude heat-sensitive seal layer on the valve will give you the ability to heat packaged goods with controlled ventilation, and heat seal activation producing a finished hermetically sealed package.
This technology can replace existing zipper closures or can be included on a non zipper product. When incorporating Ventloc™ technology into existing closure designs there is minimal transition at the production floor. |
